Use the following steps to install the software controller and its support files.

NOTE--the operator must be granted administrator rights in order to perform the installation.

  • Locate the install  folder on the installation CD.
     
  • Copy the file FourAxis.exe, its library file data.llb into an appropriately named directory on the target machine.
     
  • If desired, also copy the turntable control program turntable.exe into the same directory.

NOTE--it is not necessary to run the complete software installation to apply upgrades to the controller. Typically, all that is necessary is to replace the relevant updated files. Upgrade instructions are always available with new versions.
